Program Description
The programs builds core competencies in quality system principles and best practices at the same time as it advances understanding of those with quality-based knowledge. The course also extends knowledge of the development and history of lean thinking from the modern through contemporary periods. Classes are blended through on campus sessions, weekly online meetings, and continuous electronic exchanges between faculty and students.
