Course Description
Doctoral projects at American Meridian University rely on data collection and analyses to provide baselines, current states, projected future states and estimated gaps in organizational performance. In monitoring data, AMU students ensure they hear the voice of healthcare-related customers, such as the buyers of the product or service which is the focus of their dissertation project, their champion or sponsor through in-progress-reviews (IPRs), benchmarking collaborators and others. This course builds the core competency of establishing the customer voice through the creation and analysis of the survey. This course builds skill mastery framing questions which may also serve as references in an APA-electronic format. All AMU doctoral students are required to include surveys as part of the dissertation project.

This course is delivered in on-line modules complemented by off-line review and assistance. On-site, in person meetings are offered when possible.
