This course focuses on a topic or knowledge area that has gained special knowledge advancements in the preceding year such as quality function deployment (QFD) or the red dot theory. The readings are from contemporary sources. The course builds a highly focused core competency in the area of focus and skill in recognizing opportunities for practical application.
Course Format
Delivered in on-line modules complemented by off-line review and assistance. Where possible, on-site sessions are also offered.

Deliver basic knowledge and best practices of quality systems management as related to the special topic under discussion.
