This course introduces the concepts of Lean Thinking within the larger context of Quality Systems Management. The course adds significant vocabulary to the QSM lexicon such as muda (waste) and kaizen (accelerated improvement). The course builds core competency in identifying opportunities for Lean-centered improvements and skills in executing improvements.
Course Format
This course is delivered in on-line modules complemented by off-line review and assistance.
