The course builds the core competency of understanding and defining contemporary quality measures by which organizations assess their performance. The course builds skills in tracking the performance measures through an AMU original, proprietary maturity matrix.

Course Format
This course is delivered in on-line modules complemented by off-line review and assistance. Where possible, on-site sessions are also offered.
