On selecting the AMUPay payment option on through this website you will be prompted to complete the AMUPay or AMUPay (recurring form) secured by an SSL. No unauthorized users of persons will have access to the information exchanged between you and AMU during your transactions.
AMUPay allows you to make payments to AMU directly from our Secure Site in a secure 128 bit encryption environment.
You hereby authorise us to withdraw the amount submitted through this form for the goods and/or services you have purchased through AMU or any of our affiliates.
You acknowledge and understand that in respect of AMUPay, notwithstanding any provisions in the Enrollment Agreement, Catalog or Student Handbook:
You are solely responsible for reviewing the correctness of the payment particulars as displayed on your computer screen before sending a payment instruction to AMU.
A payment instruction from you to us is binding contract between you and AMU, once submitted.
We are not required to review the correctness of any information provided by you as we execute the payment instruction as if all information provided to us is accurate and true.
While we have employed security technologies, processes and procedures of a high standard to secure communications between us and protect your personal information when using AMUPay, we cannot guarantee absolute security or protection. Accordingly, the AMUPay system is made available to you “as is” and you acknowledge that we cannot accept any liability for the fraudulent or unauthorised access and use of your account by a third party.
You are legally obliged to notify us immediately should you become aware that fraudulent or unauthorised transactions have been or are about to be performed. Until we receive such notification from you in writing, we shall be entitled to act on any payment instruction purporting to originate from you.
We are entitled to amend these Online Terms from time to time. You are referred to “date last amended” at the top of these Online Terms. You agree that you will become subject to the latest version of the Online Terms whenever you use the AMUPay system.
Kindly contact us should you require an explanation of any of the terms. If you do not accept all the provisions of these Online terms, you are prohibited from using the AMUPay system and any use of the AMUPay system shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of the Online Terms.
