This course assesses the outcome of student learning in the previous semester and Program as relevant.  The course provides an AMU original, proprietary checklist for successful Degree Projects.  Faculty ensure understanding, review projects, and provide detailed, written feedback.

The course assures the comprehensive integration of concepts, tools and vocabulary learned from the program into the final project.  The course verifies that there has been at least one iteration of the project which has been also verified by the field supervisor or champion and guiding coalition. Project completion, according to the pre-established performance metrics are signed off by the faculty project advisor.  The project is presented to designated recipients at pre-established report-out.  Content of a sensitive or proprietary nature is modified or ineligible for public consumption.

Course Format
This course is delivered in online, on-site modules or blended modules and complemented by off-line individual review and assistance.

Assess, monitor  and enhance student learning outcomes and project results.

Course Objectives

  • Teach how the elements of quality system management comprise a systemic approach to successful project completion
  • Explain and demonstrate the skilled calculation of savings from project improvements
  • Discuss the systematic application of knowledge, skills, and competencies presented in previous courses and programs when relevant
